    静脉肾盂造影在肾脏及输尿管疾病诊断中的临床意义

    目的探讨静脉肾孟造影(IVP)在肾脏及输尿管疾病中的临床意义。方法选取我院2016年1～12月150例疑诊肾脏及输尿管疾病患者为本次实验研究对象，所有患者均进行常规上腹CT检查以及静脉肾孟造影，比较上腹部CT检查以及静脉肾孟造影两种影像学对肾脏及输尿管疾病检出情况，并比较两种检查对不同肾脏及输尿管疾病的检出率。结果上腹部CT检查检出率为72.7%，漏诊率为5.5%，误诊率为22.7%，静脉肾孟造影检查检出率为89.3%，漏诊率为1.5%，误诊率为6.0%，上腹部CT检查有7例患者一侧肾显影延迟或不显影，静脉肾孟造影检查有5例患者一侧肾显影延迟或不显影，两组患者数据差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾脏及输尿管疾病患者进行静脉肾孟造影能有效提高泌尿系疾病检出率。

    Clinical significance of intravenous pyelography in the diagnosis of renal and ureteral diseases

    ObjectiveTo explore the clinical significance of intravenous pyelography (IVP) in renal and ureteral diseases.MethodsOne hundred and fifty cases of suspected renal and ureteral diseases in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected for the object of this experiment , all patients underwent routine abdominal CT examination and intravenous pyelography, the Detection situation of renal and ureteral diseases examind by upper abdominal CT examination and intravenous pyelography.ResultsUpper abdominal CT examination positive rate was 72.7%, the misdiagnosis rate was 5.5%, the misdiagnosis rate was 22.7%, intravenous pyelography examination positive rate was 89.3%, the misdiagnosis rate was 1.5%, the misdiagnosis rate was 6.0%. There were 7 patients showed delayed or no development of one side kidney by upper abdominal CT examination, and there were 5 patients showed delayed or no development of one side kidney by intravenous pyelography, the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionIntravenous renal and renal angiography can effectively improve the detection rate of urinary tract diseases in patients with renal and ureteral diseases ......
