    小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床观察

    目的分析小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床观察。方法选取我院2011年2月～2013年4月接收的白内障患者60例作为研究对象，本研究经医院伦理委员会通过，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障摘除术方法治疗，对照组采用常规大切口白内障摘除术，分别在术后的第3天、7天、1个月、3个月对患者进行视力和角膜曲率测试。结果术后观察组与对照组视力检查和角膜曲率测试差异明显，观察组视力测试结果明显高于对照组，角膜曲率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口无缝线非超声乳化治疗白内障不仅视力恢复快而且并发症少，效果明显，是一种理想的手术方式，值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

    Clinical observation of cataract extraction with small incision seamless line non-phacoemulsification

    ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical observation of cataract extraction with small incision seamless line non-phacoemulsification.MethodsFrom February 2011 to April 2013,sixty cases of cataract

    in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group.The study was passed through the ethics committee of the hospital.The patients of observation group were treated with cataract extraction with small incision seamless line non-phacoemulsification.The patients in control group were treated with conventional large incision cataract extraction.All patients were tested for visual acuity and corneal curvature at third days,seventh days,first months,and third months after the operation.ResultsPostoperative visual acuity and corneal curvature were significantly different between the observation group and the control group.The visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the corneal curvature was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe use of small incision seamless line non-phacoemulsification for cataract has quick recovery and fewer complications, and the effect is obvious.It is an ideal surgical method and is worthy of wide application in clinic. ......
