    Clusterin与乳腺癌淋巴道转移的相关性研究

    目的考察Clusterin在乳腺癌中的表达情况，以及Clusterin与淋巴道转移的相关性。方法选取我院2015年6月～2016年6月经病理证实的乳腺癌患者55例，31例乳腺癌良性病例患者，21例癌旁组织3cm作为对照组。免疫组化SP法检测Clusterin和D2-40蛋白表达水平，计算微淋巴管密度。结果Clusterin主要表达于细胞质；乳腺癌组织中Clusterin阳性率显著高于乳腺良性组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)；乳腺癌组织中MLVD显著高于乳腺良性组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)；出现淋巴结转移的患者Clusterin阳性率高于无淋巴结转移的患者，数据差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.882，P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者Clusterin蛋白表达水平上调，出现淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者Clusterin表达阳性率上升。

    Correlation between Clusterin and lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer

    ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of Clusterin in breast cancer,correlation between Clusterin and lymphatic metastasis.MethodsFrom June 2015 to June 2016, 55 cases of breast cancer patients , 31 cases of benign breast cancer patients, 21 cases of 3cm adjacent cancer tissue as control group. The expression levels of Clusterin and D2-40 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and the density of lymphatic vessels was calculated.ResultsClusterin was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm; The positive rate of Clusterin in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign breast tissue andparacancerous tissue(P<0.05); MLVD in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign breast tissue and paracancerous tissue(P<0.05); The positive rate of Clusterin in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(χ2=7.882,P< 0.05).ConclusionThe expression of Clusterin protein in breast cancer patients was upregulated.The positive rate of Clusterin expression in breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was increased. ......
