    纤支镜吸痰联合抗生素灌洗治疗重症肺部感染的疗效及对患者肺功能的影响

    目的探讨纤支镜吸痰联合抗生素灌洗治疗重症肺部感染的疗效及对患者肺功能的影响。方法纳入的研究对象为2015年10月～2017年8月我院急危重症医学部的100例重症肺部感染患者，采用前瞻性随机单盲对照设计将其分为对应组和试验组，每组纳入50例患者，对应组常规用抗生素，化痰等治疗，试验组使用纤支镜吸痰联合抗生素灌洗治疗，研究两组患者的治疗效果、临床相关指标、血气指标改善情况以及并发症状发生率。结果相对于对应组，试验组患者的治疗效果、临床相关指标、血气指标改善情况更好；并发症状发生率更低；P<0.05。结论使用纤支镜吸痰联合抗生素灌洗治疗重症肺部感染患者，患者的治疗效果得到有效的提高，同时临床相关指标、血气指标明显的改善，并发症状发生率逐渐降低，值得临床深究。

    The effect of bronchoscopy suction and antibiotic lavage on severe pulmonary infection and its effect on lung function

    ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of bronchoscopy suction and antibiotic lavage on severe pulmonary infection and its effect on lung function.MethodsA total of 100 patients with severe pulmonary infection were enrolled in our hospital From October 2015 to August 2017,100 patients with severe pulmonary infection were enrolled in this study.They were divided into corresponding groups and test groups by prospective randomized,single-blind.Each group included 50 patients,the corresponding group of conventional antibiotics,phlegm and other treatment,the experimental group using bronchoscopy suction combined with antibiotic lavage treatment to study the treatment of the two groups of patients,clinical indicators,improved blood gas indicators and complications incidence rate.ResultsCompared with the corresponding group,the treatment effect of patients in the experimental group,clinical related indicators,blood gas index improved better;Complication rate was lower(P<0.05).ConclusionThe use of fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with antibiotic irrigation in patients with severe pulmonary infection,the patient's treatment effect is effectively improved,while clinical indicators,blood gas indicators improved significantly,the incidence of complications gradually reduced,worthy of clinical study. ......
