    ZHX2蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床病理意义

    目的检测ZHX2蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达情况，分析其临床病理意义。方法收集从2013年1月～2016年12月在江门市五邑中医院手术的结直肠癌标本67例，用免疫组化法对癌组织及癌旁组织进行ZHX2蛋白检测，联系临床病理参数进行统计学分析。结果与癌旁组织比较，结直肠癌的ZHX2蛋白阳性率显著降低(95.5% vs80.5%，P<0.05)。ZHX2阳性率在直肠癌中为90.6%，在结肠癌中为71.4%(P<0.05)；在高、中、低分化癌中依次为81.2%、84.2%、69.2%(P<0.05)。在随访周期内，ZHX2阳性病例比阴性病例的平均生存期显著延长[(45.1±8.8)月vs(27.3±6.7)月，P<0.05]。结论ZHX2可能具有抑制结直肠癌的发生、发展及分化的作用，检测其表达情况对患者预后具有一定的参考价值。

    Expression of ZHX2 protein in colorectal cancer and its clinicopathological significance

    ObjectiveTo detect the expression of ZHX2 protein in colorectal cancer and to analyze its clinicopathological significance.MethodsA total of 67 colorectal cancer specimens from Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to December 2016 were collected.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect ZHX2 protein in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Statistical analysis was performed with clinicopathological parameters.ResultsCompared with the para cancerous tissue,the positive rate of ZHX2 protein in colorectal cancer was significantly lower (95.5% vs 80.5%,P<0.05).The positive rate of ZHX2 was 90.6% in rectal cancer,71.4% in colon cancer,andP<0.05.81.2%,84.2%,69.2%,respectively,were in high,medium and low differentiated cancers (P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the average survival time of ZHX2 positive cases was significantly longer than that of negative cases [(45.1±8.8) months vs(27.3±6.7)months,P< 0.05].ConclusionZHX2 may have the function of inhibiting the occurrence,development and differentiation of colorectal cancer,and detection of its expression may have certain reference value for the prognosis of patients. ......
