    手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗耳石症临床观察

    目的观察手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗耳石症的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的耳石症患者80例，采取分层随机法分成两组，对照组(n=40)采取甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗，观察组(n=40)则采取手法复位与甲磺酸倍他司汀联合治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果观察组与对照组总有效率为92.50%、70.00%，观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应，不良反应率均为0，两组患者不良反应率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后2周DHI评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后2周DHI评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗耳石症效果显著，可有效的缓解临床症状，较单独药物使用效果更好，具有较高的临床价值。

    Clinical observation of manipulative reduction combined with Betahistine Mesylate in the treatment of otolith disease

    ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of manipulative reduction combined with Betahistine Mesylate in the treatment of otolith disease.Methods80 patients with otolith disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n=40) were treated with betahistine mesylate,the observation group (n=40) were treated with manipulative reduction combined with betahistine mesylate.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.50% and 70.00%,and the clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the adverse reaction rate was 0.00%.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The DHI score of the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The DHI scores of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionManual reduction combined with Betahistine Mesilate Tablets in the treatment of otolith disease is effective,and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,which is better than the use of single drug,and has higher clinical value. ......
