    慢性心力衰竭患者血清NT-proBNP和cTnI联合检测及临床意义分析

    目的将NT-proBNP指标和cTnI指标联合应用于慢性心力衰竭患者临床诊断的价值分析研究。方法参与本实验的慢性心力衰竭患者共48例，将其设定为研究组，同时又选取健康体检人群48例，将其设定为对照组，安排所有实验参与者均进行血清NT-proBNP和cTnI指标检查，对其进行对比分析。结果相比于对照组，研究组患者的NT-proBNP和cTnI指标水平均更高；从研究组角度来讲，血清NT-proBNP指标和cTnI指标联合应用检测阳性率、灵敏度均更高(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心力衰竭病症临床诊断中将血清NT-proBNP和cTnI指标联合应用检测，指标变化明显，能够进一步提高指标检测阳性率实现病症诊断，为临床治疗方案的制定提供参考。

    ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of combination of NT-proBNP and cTnI in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.Methods48 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as study group, 48 cases of physical examination were selected as control group. All the participants were examined by serum NT-proBNP and cTnI, with comparative analysis.ResultsCompared with the control group, the patients in the study group had higher levels of NT-proBNP and cTnI; The positive rate and sensitivity of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI in study group were higher(P<0.05).ConclusionCombined detection of serum NT-proBNP and cTnI for the clinical diagnosis of chronic heart failure can further improve the positive rate of target detection and diagnosis of disease, so as to provide reference for the formulation of clinical treatment program. ......
