    [摘要]目的了解脑卒中偏瘫患者家属对良肢位摆放的认知现状并分析影响因素。方法采用方便抽样选取2020年12月至2021年4月就诊于福建省立医院神经科、康复科脑卒中后偏瘫患者家属120例为研究对象，使用一般资料调查表、良肢位摆放知识问卷开展调查。运用单因素方差分析研究良肢位摆放认知现状并进行多元线性逐步回归分析。结果脑卒中偏瘫患者家属良肢位摆放认知总分为(65.89±15.32)分，得分率为71.62%，多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示年龄、患者住院次数、文化程度是脑卒中偏瘫患者家属良肢位摆放认知水平的影响因素。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者家属良肢位摆放认知属于中等偏上水平。不同年龄、文化程度以及患者住院次数对其具有较大的影响。提示临床医护人员在脑卒中患者康复过程中，应对其家属建立针对性的健康教育模式，以调动患者家属配合康复的积极性与主动性。
