    [摘要]慢性病已成为重大公共卫生问题，其病因复杂，只可控制，无法治愈。慢性病患者在承受疾病痛苦的过程中，常感到忧虑甚至恐惧，这种对疾病进展的恐惧已成为慢性病患者的重要压力源之一。本文介绍了恐惧疾病进展(FOP)的定义，分析了影响慢性病患者产生疾病恐惧感的相关因素，以及探究恐惧疾病进展相关量表在慢性病人群中的干预研究现状，帮助慢性病患者积极应对疾病，提高生活质量。以期全面了解慢性病患者的生理、心理狀况，为制订合理的护理措施提供理论参考。现就国内外慢性病患者疾病恐惧进展的概念、相关量表及影响因素等做出综述，为我国慢性病临床研究提供借鉴与指导。
