    [摘要]目的探索常態化新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间生殖中心手术患者安全管理模式。方法选取2020年2—10月于北京大学人民医院生殖医学中心计划实施辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕手术治疗的患者2387例，根据医院疫情防控要求，通过术前核查化验，手术日核对患者身份信息及流行病学资料，按照常规患者执行常规消毒感染防控管理措施、特殊患者升级消毒感染防控管理措施的原则，在消除患者焦虑恐惧情绪的同时，探索出一套“一全二对三消四个零”的安全管理模式。结果对所有上述2387例患者实施该安全管理模式，做到了患者身份信息核对零差错、新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似患者零漏检、院内交叉感染零发生，在保证医疗安全的同时，做到了患者零投诉。结论“一全二对三消四个零”的安全管理模式值得临床推广应用。 [关键词]新型冠状病毒;疫情防控;手术安全;终末消毒
