赖氨酸琥珀酰化修饰与疾病的研究进展

    [摘要]赖氨酸琥珀酰化修饰是一种新型蛋白质翻译后修饰,在组蛋白中被发现,普遍存在于所有原核和真核生命体的细胞质和细胞核中,参与并调控几乎所有生命体的生物过程,与疾病密切相关。本文综述了赖氨酸琥珀酰化的特点、修饰位点的分布以及主要影响因素,归纳了 SIRT5调控琥珀酰化参与疾病发生发展的多种代谢途径,为进一步探索疾病的发病机制提供基础。
