    [摘要]为适应医学检验技术专业的调整和改革，亟须建立基于新专业目录及新培养目标的实习教学体系，科室以培养目标和社会需求为导向，根据前期经验、调查研究及学习借鉴，结合实习教学与检验科具体工作，自2018年起探索实施医学检验技术专业本科生毕业实习的教学体系，通过优化教学内容、重组教学团队、建立评价与考核体系，提出并设计了基于岗位的“一对一”带教、毕业设计(论文)导师制等实习教学方式，构建了以实习项目为基础的实习教学方案。为培养适应未来检验医学发展需求的高素质、创新性人才提供了新的思路与经验，为不断完善并规范化医学检验技术专业本科生实习教学体系奠定了基础。
