    [摘要]目的建立一测多评(QAMS)法同时测定葆肾合剂中绿原酸、咖啡酸、意苡素、鞣花酸和毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷5种成分的含量。方法选取Waters XBridge C₁₈色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为乙睛(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B)，梯度洗脱。以绿原酸为内参物，建立相对校正因子，计算其含量，比较外标法与QAMS法的差异性。结果绿原酸、咖啡酸、意苡素、鞣花酸和毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷在范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9996)，不同实验条件下相对校正因子重现性良好，一测多评法与外标法测得值之间无显著性差异(RAD1 column (250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)was selected with the mobile phase of acetonitrile (A)- 0.2% phosphoric acid water (B)，and the gradient elution was performed.
