    [摘要]目的探析创伤弧菌感染的护理效果。方法选取2018年3—9月东莞市滨海湾中心医院急诊科收治的2例创伤弧菌感染患者，总结其临床表现，同时检索2010—2018年中国知网、万方及维普数据库，以“创伤弧菌感染”“护理”为关键词，结合文献复习该病早期诊断、处理及护理分析。结果2例创伤弧菌感染患者在经早期诊断、患肢皮肤护理、病情观察、并发症预防、保护性隔离、预防感染以及出院指导等护理等干预后，其中病例1家属表示理解，要求放弃治疗出院;病例2在治疗12日后痊愈出院。结论针对创伤弧菌感染患者的病情给予有效的护理干预，对于促进患者身体恢复，改善预后具有重要意义。
