    [摘要]目的依据1例甲状腺癌术后甲状腺旁腺功能减退患者探讨其药学监护切入点。方法对1例甲状腺癌术后甲状腺功能减退患者通过进行血钙检测并对其用药方案进行分析，同时根据左甲状腺素钠片与维生素D等的合理应用情况进行药学分析。结果患者在住院后，临床药师通过对其开展依从性教育，左甲状腺素钠片、碳酸钙D3片以及骨化三醇软胶囊等的合理使用及相互作用作为药学监护的切入点，使其合理用药情况得到有效保证，经住院治疗后其甲状腺功能减退的情况得到显著改善，临床效果较好，患者预后状况相对较好。结论本病例通过采用左甲状腺素钠、钙剂以及维生素D进行治疗，使其甲状腺功能得到显著改善，预后状况良好，在临床治疗期间临床药师通过对其进行药学监护，能够为后期用药方案的调整提供有效参考。
