    [摘要]丹皮酚，亦称牡丹酚，是提取于中药牡丹皮或徐长卿干燥根茎中的一种活性物质，临床使用广泛，现代研究表明其具有一定的解热、抗炎、镇静、镇痛等多种药理作用，是近年实验研究的热点问题。为了更好地探究丹皮酚是如何发挥其抗炎效果，本研究收集近5年来关于丹皮酚的实验相关研究文献，分析最新的研究动态，探讨其对于关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、牙周炎、急性胰腺炎、子宫内膜炎、结肠炎等疾病的抗炎作用和抗炎机制，并进行归纳总结，做一简要综述，以便为今后的研究提供参考。
