    [摘要]睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)是由于睑板腺末端导管阻塞，导致泪膜稳定性变化、炎症和刺激症状，是导致眼干燥症发生的常见眼表疾病之一。目前针对MGD的治疗方式多样，传统物理治疗措施包括热敷、睑板腺按摩、睑缘清洁、雾化熏蒸等，人工泪液、激素等也均取得不错的效果;强脉冲光治疗仪、Lipiflow睑板腺热脉动治疗仪、中医理疗，睑板腺管探通术等在临床中也应用于MGD。本文就MGD现有的临床上常见的不同治疗方式的作用机制、实用性、有效性及安全性等方面做一综述，旨在对临床医师提供帮助。

    [Abstract] Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD)is one of the common ocular surface diseases leading to the development of dry eye due to obstruction of the terminal ducts of the meibomian gland，resulting in changes in tear film stability，inflammation and irritation symptoms.
