    [摘要] 终末期肾脏病通常采取血液透析治疗方式，而长期维持血液透析应从血管通路构建开始，功能良好的血管通路是患者进行血液透析的必备条件，是延长其生命和改善生活质量的重要保证。自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)成型术后，血管需要有足够的成熟时间，而能否成熟使用与诸多因素有关，存在相关过渡导管使用率高和失功率高的临床问题。为了改善患者结局，采取预防血液透析患者血管通路早期失功的策略至关重要。有效的干预方式能够缩短内瘘成熟时间，帮助患者尽早实现血液透析并提升血液透析效果。本文基于文献研究，拟就血液透析患者 AVF 术后成熟的定义、判断标准、预测方法、穿刺时机及穿刺方法、促进 AVF 成熟的策略做一综述，旨在为血液透析患者 AVF 术后成熟的干预提供参考依据。
