IL-33与疼痛关系的回顾与展望

    [摘要] 白细胞介素-33(IL-33)作为白细胞介素-1细胞因子超家族的新成员,在各种疼痛反应过程中发挥调节作用。通过回顾炎症性疼痛、神经性疼痛、骨癌痛、手臂振动综合征、疼痛性膀胱综合征以及急性心肌梗死等疾病文献中的 IL-33含量,发现 IL-33在不同组织、系统中存在表达差异,且 IL-33可诱导生长刺激表达基因2 蛋白(ST2)受体广泛表达(尤其是辅助性 T2细胞和肥大细胞),以核因子κB(NF-κB)依赖的方式产生促炎性物质,释放信号因子,促进下游通路中炎症反应的发生,进而参与 T 细胞介导的免疫应答,这为疼痛的治疗提供了新思路。

    [Abstract] Interleukin-33(IL-33), a new member of the IL-1 superfamily of cytokines, plays a regulatory role in various pain responses. A literature review on IL-33 levels in various diseases such as inflammatory pain, neuropathic pain, bone cancer pain, hand-arm vibration syndrome, bladder pain syndrome, and acute myocardial infarction revealed that IL-33 is differentially expressed in different tissues and systems and IL-33 can induce growth stimulation expressed gene 2 protein (ST2) receptor (especially in T-helper 2 cells and mast cells) expresses extensively ......
