    [摘要] 目的觀察分析心电监护下微量泵输入多种血管活性药物治疗重症心力衰竭的临床护理观察。方法选择2019年 1月至2021年 1月在清远市人民医院重症加强护理病房(ICU)接受治疗的重症心力衰竭患者62例，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组( n=32)与对照组( n=30)，其中对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予心电监护下微量泵输入多种血管活性药物治疗，两组均给予相关护理干预，监测两组心功能指标变化，判定其临床疗效，并采用清远市人民医院 ICU 自制满意度问卷调查评估满意度。结果干预前，两组心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)及射血分数(EF)指标比较，差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)，干预后，两组 CO、CI、EF 指标改善效果显著优于干预前，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)，观察组 CO、CI、EF 指标改善效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);干预后观察组临床总有效率为90.63%、护理总满意率为93.75%显著高于对照组的56.67%和 60.00%，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论心电监护下微量泵输入多种血管活性药物治疗联合相应护理干预重症心力衰竭可有效改善患者心功能，提高临床疗效及对满意度情况，值得推广应用。
