    [摘要] 目的分析安罗替尼对老年晚期肺癌患者肺功能及生存质量的影响。方法选取2019年 1月至2020年 12月广东省江门市新会区人民医院肿瘤防治中心接诊的40例老年晚期肺癌患者，随机分为两组，对照组 20例行常规化疗方案治疗，观察组20例联合安罗替尼治疗，比较两组临床有效率、治疗前后肺功能、治疗前后生存质量。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组( P <0.05)。治疗后，两组患者第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流量(PEF)水平提高，观察组的 FEV1%、FVC、 PEF 水平高于对照组( P <0.05)。治疗后，两组患者生存质量评分提高，观察组的生存质量评分高于对照组( P <0.05)。结论老年晚期肺癌患者实施安罗替尼治疗，有助于提高临床疗效，改善肺功能，促进患者生存质量提高。
