    [摘要]目的探讨卵巢癌化疗患者行集束化护理对调节患者心理状况、提高生活质量的效果。方法选择2020年3月至2021年3月于福建医科大学附属第一医院接受化疗的卵巢癌患者90例进行研究，根据随机数字表法分为两组，对照组配合常规护理，观察组开展集束化护理，评估两组患者护理前后心理状态变化，比较分析各组患者护理前后生活质量评分差异。结果观察组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组，生活质量量表中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论卵巢癌化疗患者通过集束化护理干预能够有效调节焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
