双高背景下医药类高职院校人才培养的困境与教改路向

     [摘要]尊重学生主体的差异性发展,契合社会多样化需求,推进分层分类人才培养,实现高质量发展是“双高”时代高职教育的价值诉求和内在要求。当前,医药类高职院校的人才培养存在目标定位趋向同质化,课程体系缺乏分层设置,教学环境缺失以生为本等多重困境。为此,医药类高职院校应在遵循“双高计划”政策意旨的基础上,着眼于区域社会经济发展和医药产业转型升级的内在要求,通过开设药品质量管理等职教本科专业,编制利于学生多样成才的培养方案,优化利于学生差异化发展的教学过程,强化利于学生选择的教学资源保障和实施体现学生差异发展的质量评价等实践路径和具体举措深化分层分类人才培养,进而整体提升人才培养的科学性、人本性和适应性,这是适应未来职业教育发展的必然选择。
