[摘要]笔者通过多年临床实践，运用中医中药辨证论治方法成功治愈了大量因桥本甲状腺炎、多囊卵巢综合征、高催乳素血症、排卵障碍、精液不液化、免疫性不孕、少精子症等疾病导致的男女不孕不育患者，体现了中医药治疗疑难疾病的特色优势，总结出许多临床经验和有效方药，形成了本人的学术观点和思想，认为中医的宏观辨证与西医的微观辨证紧密结合，基于疾病进行辨证施治，做到精准治疗。月经是卵泡的载体，督脉主一身之阳，阳虚子宫虚冷、经少、紊乱或闭经，卵泡的发育、排出障碍，是不孕的常見原因，所以治疗本病的基本原则关键在于益肾调经。本文介绍了有关辨证论治各种原因导致的男女不孕不育的治疗经验和学术观点。

    [Abstract] Through years of clinical practice， the author has successfully cured a large number of male and female infertility patients due to diseases such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis， polycystic ovary syndrome， hyperprolactinemia， ovulation disorders， non-liquefaction of semen， immune infertility， and oligospermia by using traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.
