     【摘 要】目的：观察寒痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB表达的影响，初步揭示寒痹康汤治疗类风湿关节炎的机理。方法：采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和弗氏不完全佐剂诱导关节炎大鼠模型，以甲氨蝶呤为对照组，观察寒痹康汤对各组大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB表达的影响。结果：寒痹康汤能降低胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB的表达，作用与甲氨蝶呤相当。结论：寒痹康汤影响胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB的表达，是其治疗类风湿关节炎的机理之一。
