【摘要】目的：观察循经弹拨法联合微波照射治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法：将60例慢性腰肌劳损患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用循经弹拨法联合微波照射治疗，对照组采用循经弹拨法进行治疗。两组均以10 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后评定疗效。结果：两组均可对患者的VAS评分和肌电图的变化等起到明显的改善作用(P < 0.05)，且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：循经弹拨法联合微波照射治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效显著。

    On 30 Cases of Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain Treated with Flicking and Plucking Manipulation along Meridians Combined with Microwave Irradiation

    【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the curative effect of Flicking and Plucking Manipulation along Meridians combined with microwave irradiation in treating 30 cases of chronic lumbar muscle strain in clinic.Methods:60 cases of chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The former were treated with Flicking and Plucking Manipulation along Meridians combined with microwave irradiation,while the latter were treated only with Flicking and Plucking Manipulation along Meridians,10 days for 1 course and evaluating curative effect after 3 courses.Results:Both groups significant improved according to the VAS scores and EMG changes (P < 0.05),the treatment group being better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant therapeutic effect of Flicking and Plucking Manipulation along Meridians combined with microwave irradiation in treating chronic lumbar muscle strain. ......
