【摘 要】目的：观察桂枝加葛根汤配合牵引治疗神经型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将55例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组26例和治疗组29例。对照组采用颈椎牵引治疗，治疗组采用牵引配合口服桂枝加葛根汤治疗。10 d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床疗效及症状积分。结果：治疗组显效14例，有效9例，无效6例，总有效率为79.31%；对照组显效4例，有效14例，无效8例，总有效率为69.23%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后，两组症状积分均有改善(P < 0.05)，且治疗组优于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：桂枝加葛根汤配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病可有效提高临床疗效。
