新鲜芦荟外敷联合依托考昔治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察(1)
【摘 要】目的：观察新鲜芦荟外敷联合依托考昔在急性痛风性关节炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法：将63例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例。对照组服用依托考昔治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用新鲜芦荟局部外敷。观察2组治疗前及治疗4 h、48 h及5 d后肿痛评分、实验室指标改善情况及临床疗效，并对不良反应进行评价。结果：治疗组临床痊愈8例，显效18例，有效
5例，无效2例，总有效率为93.94%；对照组临床痊愈6例，显效17例，有效4例，无效3例，总有效率为90.00%。2组比较，差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 0.334，P = 0.563 > 0.05)。用药后4 h、48 h，治疗组肿痛评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；用药5 d后，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。
2组血尿酸、红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白水平较治疗前低，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论：新鲜芦荟外敷联合依托考昔短期镇痛起效快，安全有效。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Acute Gout Arthritis by the Combination of Fresh Aloe External Application and Etoricoxib

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of fresh aloe external application combined with Etoricoxib in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods：63 cases of acute gout arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group(33 cases) and a control group(30 cases).The control group was given Etoricoxib，while the treatment group was treated by local application of fresh aloe based on the former treatment.Swelling and pain score and laboratory indicators the two groups were observed before treatment and 4 hours，48 hours and 5 days after treatment，evaluating the adverse reactions.Results：In the treatment group，8 cases were cured，18 cases were markedly effective，5 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective，the total effective rate being 93.94%；while in the control group，6 cases were cured，17 cases were markedly effective，and 3 cases were ineffective，the total effective rate being 90%.The difference between the 2 groups was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.334，P = 0.563 > 0.05).
After 4 and 48 hours’ medication，the difference of swelling and pain score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)，but five days later，the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The blood uric acid，erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C- reactive protein level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment，and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant between groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion：Fresh aloe combined with Etoricoxib is safe and effective for short-term analgesia.
