摘要：文章就中医发展中的相关问题进行了哲学层面的探讨，包括中医的“观念”能够被现代“转译”吗，“关系实在论”能够替代“实体本体论”吗，真能以系统科学重构中医理论吗，真能用复杂系统科学解释中医理论吗，基因组学和蛋白质组学是中医药的救命稻草吗，“分子中医药学”能救中医吗，到底什么才是中医药“现代化”和“国际化”，中医科学研究何去何从。文章认为，中医发展的道路仍不清晰，还需继续求索。
