摘要：阅读疗法是指在阅读治疗师的咨询、指导或读者自助的状态下，通过有选择性地阅读某种文献，提高个人素养，预防、治疗心理疾患，辅助治疗生理疾病的一种特殊诊疗方法。该疗法不但有益于各类人群的身心健康，而且简单易行，经济实惠，值得大力推广。科学普及阅读疗法，重在使之深入人心。让阅读疗法的相关知识和实践方法进书本、入基层、上网络，是推广和普及阅读疗法的有效途径。关键词：阅读疗法；推广；普及doi： 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5707.2014.02.016Promotion and Popularization of Reading TherapyXiang Chen， Li Mengdan， Liu Xianju*(Hunan University of Chinese Medicine， Changsha Hunan 410208， China)Abstract： As a special clinical method to treat physical illness， reading therapy refers to counseling and guidance of reading therapists， or encouraging readers to selectively read some literature by themselves， in order to improve personal qualities， prevent and treat psychological disorders.
