摘要：文章分析了图书馆用户需求服务系统目前存在的问题，对用户需求的开发能力、获取能力和实现能力等因素进行了讨论，提出图书馆用户服务的优化机制，并从增值性、智能性、个性化3个方面提出对未来图书馆用户需求服务系统的建设思路。
