摘要：目的 探讨女大学生月经前痤疮发病的影响因素，为其治疗和预防提供科学依据。方法 随机对杭州地区3所高校的140名女大学生进行问卷调查，共收集125份有效调查表作为分析资料，用SPSS22.0软件进行分析。结果 在月经期出现乳房胀痛及痛经与女大学生月经前痤疮增多现象具有一定的关联性，P值均<0.05，有统计学意义。但腰膝酸软、小腹胀痛、月经出血量、月经期时长与月经前痤疮增多无显著关联。结论 经期乳房胀痛、痛经与女大学生月经前痤疮增多现象具有一定的关联性。此外，女大学生平日喜好甜食、喜好辛辣物等生活习性，与月经前痤疮增多也有一定关系。

    Abstract： Objective To discuss the influencing factors of premenstrual acne of female students in universities and colleges； To provide scientific evidence for the treatment and prevention of premenstrual acne.
