摘要：信息技术的快速发展，带动了高校数字图书馆科研社区知识库的构建。构建科研社区知识库，可以实现数字科研环境下的学术交流与知识共享，促进隐性知识的显性化和共享，推进科学研究与知识创造。科研社区知识库的构建需要利用网络信息技术，搭建数字化科研平台；探索新的服务模式，倡导个性化服务内涵；提高员工自身素质，培养专业化技术人才；拓宽资源收集渠道，提供多样化信息资源。
