摘要：图书采访实行政府集中采购，弱化了公共图书馆对图书的选择权。文章结合山西省图书馆实际工作，从重视招标前准备工作，加强书目管理、优化馆藏结构，争取与中标书商密切和谐合作等方面，提出了在政府集中采购背景下，公共图书馆提升图书采访质量的几点建议。
