摘要：本文分析了高校图书馆组织机构组成与职能分工，以及在数字化时代需要变革的动因;从文献处理、职能强化及服务理念3个方面，提出高校图书馆组织机构变革的可行路径;并从资源建设为主、学科服务拓展、服务职能创新、制度层次弱化等方面，展望了图书馆组织机构变革的未来趋势。
