摘要：五枢穴为足少阳胆经与带脉的交会穴，在古籍记载中常用于治疗带下、月经病、阴疝、膀胱气攻两胁等病症，其临床应用主要与其归经、部位、经络的功能、表里经配穴相关，但在现代临床治疗、研究中的应用很少。总结古医籍中关于五枢穴的文献，对临床具有一定的指导意义。
