摘要：《金匮要略》中，痰饮病的治疗总则为“病痰饮者，当以温药和之”。笔者认为，“和”字发音应为hè，即扶正与祛邪、治本之药与温药一唱一和，或可帮助学生理清痰饮病用方遣药的思路，并把握痰饮病证全程的治疗法则。
