中医护理干预对肛肠疾病术后便秘的影响

    摘要：目的探究中医护理干预对肛肠疾病术后便秘的影响。方法选取我院肛肠科收治的手术患者100例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，对照组50例，术后给予常规医药护理；治疗组50例，术后在常规护理的基础上加用中医护理干预。均10 d为1个疗程，护理2个疗程。观察中医护理干预的临床疗效，对比护理前后患者术后便秘症状积分的改善情况。结果2组患者便秘症状均有所改善，对照组总有效率84.0%，治疗组总有效率92.0%，治疗组优于对照组(P

    TCM nursing intervention for anorectal diseases after operation constipation

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the nursing intervention for anorectal diseases after operation clinical observation of the effect of constipation. MethodsAnorectal surgery were treated in our hospital in 100 cases, using random number tables were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 patients in the control group, received routine medical care after surgery; 50 patients in the experimental group, in routine care of postoperative nursing of traditional Chinese medicine based on intervention.
