【摘要】目的：研究颅脑损伤的螺旋CT成像诊断及高压氧联合中药治疗的效果。方法：选择头颅CT确诊颅脑损伤患者116例，随机分为治疗组58例和对照组58例，两组均行高压氧治疗，治疗组同时配合中药治疗，观察疗效。结果：治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论：观察螺旋CT持续采集数据进行中西医结合治疗，疗效显著，应用前景广泛。
