【摘要】白藜芦醇是一种广泛存在于植物中的天然酚类物质，因其具有抗炎及减少胰岛素抵抗的作用，被广泛研究，目前作用机制尚未完全明确。本文对近年来白藜芦醇对胰岛素抵抗影响的研究进行综述。
