【摘要】目的：通过对老年患者临床观察、分析，研究心理特点及护理。方法：对200例60岁以上老年患者进行常规护理外，同时为病人提供了良好的人文关怀及心理护理，帮助患者改善不良情绪，观察其效果。结果：经过护士耐心护理，增加了安全感和亲切感，对护士产生信任感，能积极主动配合治疗及护理，其护理措施得当，效果满意。结论：不健康的心理会影响老年患者的身心健康，应给予针对性护理措施。
