隐形过渡义齿在种植修复中应用的临床研究(1)

【摘要】目的：评价常用两种材质过渡义齿的临床疗效，为种植修复临床工作提供参考。方法：选择60例前牙种植修复患者，随机分为两组，分别制作胶连过渡义齿和隐形过渡义齿，戴用三个月，从对种植区软硬组织影响和固位、稳定、美观、舒适等方面进行对比分析。结果：经X2检验，两种过渡义齿在美观舒适及异物感方面有明显差异(P<0.01)隐形义齿明显优于胶连义齿；对种植区软硬组织及固位稳定等方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：隐形过渡义齿总体性能优于胶连过渡义齿，值得临床推广应用。
