【摘要】目的 分析中西医结合疗法对老年急性心肌梗死患者心功能和再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 回顾性分析本院2012年2月～2014年2月期间收治的78例老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料。结果 研究组心功能改善与再灌注心律失常阳性率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗老年急性心肌梗死患者，可以保护其心功能，并有效预防再灌注损伤疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。
