【摘要】慢性肺源性心脏病是中老年人死亡原因之一，是我国呼吸系统的一种常见病，发病率高、并发症多，常可引起全身多脏器功能衰竭。笔者对本院2006年1月～2012年6月收治慢性肺源性心脏病76例患者资料进行回顾性分析，现报道如下。
