【摘要】目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎并发腹膜炎的临床疗效。方法 对40例急性阑尾炎并发腹膜炎患者在西医治疗基础上加中药肠痈汤辨证治疗，疗程7天。结果 40例患者中治愈28例，基本治愈4例，手术治愈8例，总有效率为100%。结论 采用中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎并发腹膜炎，具有痛苦小、易被患者特别是老年患者所接受的优点，可在临床推广应用。
