【摘要】本文通过针对重症心力衰竭患者采用不同急诊治疗并观察疗效，进而得出结论采用美托洛尔联用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪对重症心力衰竭患者进行治疗，可以取得较好的临床效果。

    【Abstract】In this paper， by targeting treatment and observe the curative effects of different emergency patients with severe heart failure， then draws the conclusion；in the clinical treatment of patients with severe heart failure， using combined metoprolol and irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide treatment， good clinical effect.
