【摘要】目的 分析以偏身舞蹈-投掷运动为首发症状的急性脑梗死临床特点。方法 对9例以偏身舞蹈-投掷运动首发表现的急性脑梗死的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 9例患者均为急性起病，以肢体不自主运动为主诉就诊，经头颅CT及核磁共振成像(MRI)证实为急性尾状核及壳核腔隙性脑梗死，经治疗2周症状缓解，2例遗留后遗症。结论 以偏身舞蹈-投掷运动为首发表现的急性脑梗死临床较少见，积极治疗，预后较好。
