冠心病患者非心脏手术的麻醉处理
【摘要】目的 分析冠心病患者非心脏手术的麻醉处理措施和效果，为临床的应用提供依据。方法 选取2013年3月～2014年3月我院收治的采用非心脏手术治疗冠心病患者72例麻醉处理的临床资料进行总结和回顾性分析，患者根据其临床症状和自身身体状况选择合适的麻醉方式。结果 跟单纯全麻或单纯硬膜外麻醉相比较，全麻联合硬膜外阻滞有血压保持平稳、脉搏波动较小、镇痛相对完善、患者苏醒快、苏醒期病情平稳等优势。结论 进行非心脏手术治疗冠心病对患者有较大的危险性，应对患者进行密切的监测，保证患者的安全，选择合适的麻醉方式。
