通心络胶囊治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛的疗效(1)
【摘要】目的 分析通心络胶囊治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心绞痛的疗效。
方法 选取2013年7月～2015年1月我院收治的冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者86例，将其随机分为中西医结合组与西医常规组，各43例。西医常规组患者用药方案为常规西药；中西医结合组患者用药方案为常规西药联合通心络胶囊，将两组患者治疗28天后的疗效及副作用发生情况进行对比。结果 两组患者治疗总有效率对比，中西医结合组明显高于西医常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗期间不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 通心络胶囊治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛，能够有效减少心绞痛发作次数与心绞痛持续时间，作用安全，可改善患者临床症状与体征，对改善患者预后意义重大。
