【摘要】主动脉夹层的发病率逐年升高，国内报道增多，表现形式复杂多样化，常常不能作为首诊诊断正确，发病突然，若不能及时诊治，甚至在住院期间突然猝死，死亡率极高，增加患者家属的不解情绪，医患关系迅速恶化，故增加临床医生对主动脉夹层的认识度，梳理主动脉夹层的诊断思路，旨为进一步提高诊断率，早期干预治疗。
